“Xtreme Teens Crazy for Christ”
Sunday, June 14, our youth leaders pile our teens in cars and headed to Akron to attend a Christian Youth Concert. They not only had a great time, enjoyed great music, but heard testimonies and messages of what Christ is doing in the lives of many youth around the area and how they can live a committed Christian life in the midst of a troubling world. Pressures to compromise convictions don’t have to be defeating; and, they saw it in the lives of the thousands gathered there.
Each of them said it was great and look forward to the next one.

“Teens’ serving the Lord” – that’s what our Xtreme Teen ministry is all about.

Our Weekly Humor – Dumbest Kid In Town

A young boy enters a barber shop and the barber whispers to his customer.

"This is the dumbest kid in town.... watch while I prove it to you."

The barber puts a dollar bill in one hand and two quarters in the other, then calls the boy over and asks, "Which do you want, son?"

The boy takes the quarters and leaves.

"What did I tell you?' said the barber.'That kid never learns!"

Later, when the customer leaves, he sees the same young boy coming out of the ice cream store.

"Hey, son! May I ask you a question... why did you take the quarters instead of the dollar bill?"

The boy licked his cone and replied "Because the day I take the dollar, the game's over!"
